Privacy

Last updated October 19, 2026

This page answers the questions people usually ask about privacy on happyladiesclothes.com. It covers the site and any email you send us. The site is run by the Happy Ladies Clothes team (“we”).

Do you track me?

No. We don’t use cookies, analytics tools, advertising networks, social media pixels or any other tracking. Pages, fonts and images all come from our own domain, so opening an article doesn’t tell any other company you were here.

Then what does your server record?

Our hosting company’s servers automatically log each request, including the IP address, browser type, page, referring page and time. That’s standard for any website. The logs help keep the site online and protect it from abuse; we don’t use them to identify readers.

What happens if I email you?

We get your email address, whatever name you sign with and the message itself. We use them to reply and for nothing else, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.

Do you sell or share information?

We don’t sell personal information or pass it to advertisers. The only companies involved are our web host and email provider, which process data on our behalf. We would disclose information if we were legally required to.

Where is it stored, and for how long?

Our providers may keep data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, with safeguards where the law requires them. Server logs are kept for a limited time, and we delete emails when the conversation is over.

What can I ask you to do?

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to fix it or ask us to delete it. Email hello@happyladiesclothes.com and we’ll respond within the time the law allows. Several U.S. states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia, give residents rights over their personal data. You don’t need to live in one of them to make a request. There’s nothing to opt out of: we don’t sell personal information, use it for targeted ads or build profiles. Readers in the UK or the European Economic Area have similar rights under data protection law and can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK) or their local data protection authority.

Is the site meant for children?

No. It’s written for adults and isn’t aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect children’s information, and we’ll delete it if we find we have.

What about the websites you link to?

We link to government agencies and other sources we don’t control. Once you follow a link, the other website’s privacy policy applies.

Will this page change?

Only if the way we handle information changes. We’ll update the date at the top when it does.
